About us - meet the management team
Director: Craig Kinnersley (the ideas guy)
Craig is the creative force behind SYCV.
On a day-to-day basis he handles sales and marketing for the company. He is also the majority shareholder in Niche Moves Ltd (Co. No. 5050363) - our parent company.
He’s previously held National Director positions at leading FMCG businesses, running and hiring field sales teams. More recently he was co-owner of a recruitment company, which he sold in November 2008.
From 2004, (in addition to recruitment) Craig was also instrumental in lunching inspireplus.com. Inspireplus offered recruitment and HR businesses online motivational tools and incentive packages. Craig exited inspireplus.com in February 2009, selling his stake to third-party investors - AV Promotions.
Away from SYCV he has a broad range of interests but most of all he loves Florida and can be found hanging out in the sun, at various time throughout the year!
Director: Ben Elkington (the operational guy)
Often found up to his neck in paperwork, Ben is one of those people that likes to solve problems. Unsurprisingly, he runs the office and amongst other things is responsible for making sure the bills get paid!
He was a Mac user before it was cool and loves to be ahead of the curve with new technology. Ben's background includes an MSc and over a decade of business to business experience. He's also been responsible for selecting, employing and training new staff, during his career.
Web development: Paul Boreham (the technical guy)
Paul's passion for programming computers started at around 10 years old - when his parents bought him an Atari computer!
23 years later, he's now a qualified CIW Internet Web Master. In addition, he gained commercial experience at a medium sized consultancy, which included roles as Lead Developer and then Project Manager.
Paul is also 'Freelance Web Designer/Developer'.
